Your saved account, documents and bookmark stay in place.

If another Passport window is open

Save any unfinished step first. Close the other Passport tabs or windows, keep this page open, then choose Update Passport again.

On your phone, close the installed Passport from the app switcher, then reopen its existing icon. The installed app and your browser may update separately.

You do not need to delete your bookmark, reinstall Passport or clear browser data.
